The maritime climate on the west coast of Schleswig-Holstein in Northern Germany provides perfect conditions for growing premium cabbage varieties such as white, red, savoy and cauliflower. Working closely with the German vegetable growers‘ advisory council, we grow all our cabbage using environmentally friendly methods. All our vegetables are QS-GaP certified.
Healthy soil with a good texture, which we monitor constantly throughout the growing process, ensures the best quality cabbage. Rich in nutrients, cabbage is among the healthiest of all foods. All our produce is marketed directly to wholesale outlets.
